At just seven days in length, Swan Hellenic's 2026 Solar Eclipse Cruise to Greenland (waitlist only) is one of the shortest voyages available. Sailing round-trip from Reykjavik, the ship will make its way to Greenland's Scoresbysund, the world's largest fjord system, for the show.

Oceania Cruises

Oceania's 14-day Eclipse in Iceland voyage (from $6,299) sails from Copenhagen to Denmark, meandering through the Norwegian fjords, the British Isles, and the Faroe Islands along the way. Astronomer Dennis Mammana will be onboard as a guest lecturer, drumming up excitement leading to the eclipse.

British cruise company P&O will offer a 17-day sailing (from $3,623) from the British Isles to Iceland for the eclipse on its adult-only vessel Arcadia. The itinerary includes an overnight in Reykjavik, though the ship will be in Isafjordur for the eclipse.

On this science-focused 13-day eclipse sailing (from $19,601), New Scientist Tours will bring aboard various guest speakers, including astronomer and eclipse expert Jamie Carter, New Scientist US editor Chelsea Whyte, and New Scientist physics and space reporter Leah Crane to host talks and workshops on eclipses, astronomy, and astrophotography. Setting out from Southampton, UK, Celebrity Apex will sail a 15-day voyage (from $3,322) around the Iberian Peninsula and back again. The ship will call at La Coruña, Spain, on the day of the eclipse.
